Job Title: Part-Time Commercial Window Cleaner

Location: Willamette Valley, Oregon

Scope:

We are seeking reliable part-time window cleaner team members to join our growing company. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to earn supplemental income while working independently.

Compensation:

• $20 – $22 per hour + mileage reimbursement
• Position is W2 non-exempt hourly
• Flexible workdays (weekends and/or weekdays)
• Up to 15 to 20 hours per month
• Consistent schedule required, with shifts starting at 5:00 AM
• Timely completion of routes on a bi-weekly basis

Experience:

• Prior experience is beneficial but not required
• Training will be provided
• We prioritize reliability, ethics, and dependability over experience

Equipment:

• All materials and equipment will be supplied
• Must ensure all equipment is returned in full upon leaving employment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Proficiency in downloading and using an app for mileage, time tracking, and signature capture
• Ability to launder towels and strip washers at the end of each shift

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to consistently step up and down, squat, bend in all directions, and reach overhead
• Ability to consistently lift, pull, and push up to 20 lbs
• Occasional ladder work and use of long poles
• Additional Skills (optional but preferred):
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Customer service orientation
